DELIVERY TIME

  • The estimated average delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across United Arab Emirates is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer than usual.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • Timely delivery is subject to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
  • Both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual during sale period.

Note: To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered at your own address. J. will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the order by a third party.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If required, an order can be cancelled if the request for cancellation is placed within 6 hours.
  • Once the order is “in process”, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS

  • We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we might need payment verification or proof of source of funds to process the order. This may be requested from the consignee via call or email as per the bank’s instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
  • J. reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Shipping charges of Flat AED 20 will be applied on all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
  • No delivery charge will be applied to orders valued at AED 200 or above.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order online using your registered email.
  • If you don't receive tracking updates, please contact us at inquiry@junaidjamshed.ae or +971 54 232 1700 and we will be happy to assist you.
  • We use third-party logistics providers (3PL) to handle and deliver all orders.
  • J. will not be held liable for late delivery or collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
