RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 03 days from the date of delivery to claim for a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, stained, defected, wrong, or incomplete. The product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
- The product received does not match the ordered size.
- In case you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any claims.
- Provide all the required information to our representative, and if all the conditions of exchange are met, we will schedule a pick-up from your doorstep or route you to the nearest outlet for exchange purposes.
- Exchanges during a sale or on discounted products are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match in size.
- If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like to receive a different size, you can contact us at inquiry@junaidjamshed.ae or +971 54 232 1700.
- Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen; therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- The policies listed above are applicable for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
- Please be advised that innerwear products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable to maintain hygiene standards.
- Wooden boxes are not eligible for exchange.
- Groom Collection articles are not eligible for exchange.
- Accessories and fragrances cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- J. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time to ensure a standardized shopping experience.
Please Note: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we kindly ask that you provide clear evidence, such as images or videos, showcasing the issue within 03 days of delivery. This step is mandatory for us to address your concern effectively. Upon receiving your proof, our team will promptly investigate the matter and ensure an appropriate resolution is provided.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A RETURN?
- To return an item, please contact us at inquiry@junaidjamshed.ae or +971 54 232 1700 with the return reason and order details.
- There might be cases where our customer support team will route you to the nearest J. Outlet for an exchange.
- Once our customer support team approves the return, we will arrange a pickup or route you to the nearest outlet.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
- We aim to process all returns within 5–7 working days of receipt of request.
- During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
VOUCHER REDEMPTION POLICY
- Vouchers can be applied to purchases made through our official website, www.junaidjamshed.ae only.
- Each voucher is for ONE-TIME use only and valid for a single transaction. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined while placing an order.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
- Enter the voucher code at checkout in the “Discount Code” box. Only one code may be used per order.
- If the voucher value exceeds the total purchase amount, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used in subsequent orders.
- By redeeming a voucher, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

CUSTOMIZED AND MAKE TO ORDERS
Customized orders include alterations and make-to-measure products that CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement, you may send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations, and we will try to fix the issue.
